We create online participatory pathways for transparent and fast decision-making

Marino Tilatti — Shaping New Roads to Participation
I have worked in international contexts and across different fields, from technology to civic participation, leading innovative projects that combine digital tools with collaborative methodologies.
My background includes a Second Level University Master’s in Management & E-Governance for Public Administration (2022), which allowed me to deepen my knowledge of topics such as digital transformation, e-government, open data, and regulatory transparency, with a particular focus on participatory and inclusive practices.
I am currently coordinating Concorder, a platform for participatory and deliberative democracy that helps groups, associations, institutions, and communities make decisions in a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative way.
Vision
Concorder was created to provide groups, associations, institutions, and communities with simple and reliable digital tools, turning decision-making into a moment of shared growth.

Our Story
My experience in digital participation began over ten years ago with Tecnologie Democratiche, an association dedicated to creating tools to promote direct and participatory democracy.
Together with the Tecnologie Democratiche team, we developed Airesis, one of the first Italian platforms for participatory democracy, used by civic movements, local authorities, and informal groups. Airesis enabled thousands of people to share proposals, discuss them, improve them, and vote on them in a transparent way.
In parallel, I completed a Master’s in Management & e-Governance, which provided me with advanced skills in managing participatory processes, designing digital services, and implementing technological solutions for collaborative governance.
The experience with Airesis laid the foundation for Concorder, which represents a technological and methodological evolution of that idea, with greater focus on ease of use, modularity, multilingual support, and integration with other platforms.
